The apartment is perfectly positioned with Old Leigh cockle sheds and pubs a 3-minute walk down the hill and the shops & cafes of Leigh just 3 minutes walk up the hill. The apartment has a splendid view of the estuary from the main living area. There are 2 bedrooms, one of which has a view of the sea too! Being a ground floor flat there is easy access to the shared lawn outside. There is a designated car-parking space. Leigh station is a 15-minute walk away and 55 mins from London Fenchurch st.

Perfect in summer with a safe swimming beach meters away and in winter the pleasure of of sea mist, migrating birds and walks on the shore and marshes. Afternoons with a book in front of the fire.

This is a very calm space decorated in F&B elephants breath paint with contrasting furnishings. A double bed + a sofa bed + travel cot. Cooking facilities, dining table table & 2 chairs. A microwave is situated in the utility room on the landing outside the studio door. Very nice shower room It’s ideal as a compact living space to use when visiting relatives or just on a break in lovely Leigh on Sea. No outside space is available.

Newly decorated ,Spacious 1 bed apartment. Less than 5 minute walk to sea-front and town centre. Brand new fitted kitchen and Electric Shower. Dog friendly with green space, ideal for dog walking, on the corner of the road and Southchurch Hall Gardens less than a 10 minute walk. I live above so any issues can be dealt with quickly. Free parking available both off road and permit parking. A perfect base for a seafront holiday.
