Particular attention was paid to high-quality architecture: The treehouse is sustainable and built with high-quality materials and offers a feel-good atmosphere in the middle of nature. It has already been awarded the Geramb Rose 2024, a Styrian architecture prize as well as a wooden construction award. It is quietly located away from the courtyard.

During your stay, we are looking forward to a visit to the Bio Schusterbauerhof - La Paca (about 10 minutes drive from the cottage)

Small feel-good wooden house

Do you need a break or do you want to use the nearby bike path? Here you can relax wonderfully but also be active. The 36 m2 log cabin has a kitchen-living room, bedroom, an anteroom and a bathroom. In front of it is a large terrace where you will see the flowing mill corridor and are surrounded by a lot of nature. It is about 700 m to the public bus to the city centre, and you can park your car and bicycles directly at the property.

The „Traumblick“-room is equipped with a double bed and a single bed and offers accomodation for 3 people. A couch on which you can chill and watch TV can be found in the hall. It can be expanded to a bed for up to 2 people. Bed linen is included in the price. The vaulted bathroom is equipped with a shower, a wash basin, a toilet, a hair dryer and towels. The parlor which is made from solid wood, is perfect for spending time together.
