If you are in town for business or pleasure the house has everything you need. Location The house is centrally located on a quiet road around 0.4 miles walk to Chelmsford Train Station, Bus Station and Town Centre. The trains are regular every 8 – 10 minutes (incl to Stratford, London Liverpool St & the London Airports) so no need to panic!

Your own private entrance with your own kitchen with a starter pack all ready for your stay including continental breakfast for one morning There is Wi-fi within the barn. We are 20 minutes to Mersea island, 5 minutes to Colchester zoo and 10 minutes from the magnificent Layer Marney Tower.

Come and enjoy this wonderful house and get away from the usual white walls! Relax in the house and garden or walk just 1 minute to the amazing Moulsham Street with independent shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants. On-street parking is available via myself at a cost of £5.50/day (Sunday is free), however, I require 24 hours notice. Enjoy your time here.
