Monthly Rentals in Great Hill

Andrew was a lovely host who made my longer stay so welcoming and relaxing by being proactive and helpful, whether it was keeping the shared space/bins clean daily for us or helping me bring my stuff in or giving a heater when it got cold and even kindly offering to walk me from the station at late hours for added safety. I truly felt the most relaxed at this place with its large room and comfy bedding and easy access to washing and drying. Truly cannot fault this. One note for light sleepers: it can get loud out there as it is next to a Main Street/loud area.

To echo what many have said in earlier reviews: This was one of best Airbnb experiences I ever had. Michael is a great person; he is warm and accommodating, always chill, and just a generous host. As a guest, one feels cared for; yet I always had my space to work on my own. I enjoyed several conversations I had with Michael and the great stories he shared. I don’t think the photos fully do justice to his amazing apartment, which is beautifully furnished and designed. Michael has great taste. The nice kitchen is a big plus as well; I saved quite a bit by preparing my own meals. I stayed at Michael‘s for a month, while I was on a visiting research stay in the area. Obviously, the location is perfect; right next to Central Park and well connected to the underground, shops etc. I‘d love to be back at some point. Cheers Michael!

I stayed at this cinematic loft while transitioning between apartments in NYC but it truly felt like a dream home — spacious, stylish, with a historic touch. Located in prime Harlem, this fifth floor nest gives you an inspiring perspective view from the living room which I enjoyed while working on my laptop. It also has a rooftop, and is only three blocks from Central Park — I’m envious of whoever would be staying here in the spring/summer time. Oh, and Cgb was a great host — super responsive and willing to resolve any issues!

I have truly enjoyed my stay at Amy's place. The apartment was spacious, the position is great - and the bed was very comfortable, too! The only small note is that it was not perfectly clean, but definitely good enough. One of the blinders (the central one) was not working properly, but it wasn't an issue. It's true that the AC can be noisy, but it works great and did not bother me too much. Thank you!
