Topcroft is a sleepy village beside the Waveney valley and 25 minutes from the medieval city of Norwich. You'll love this rural location. The twin room is upstairs with zip and link beds plus another single bedroom. The bathroom with separate shower cubicle and toilet is on the ground floor. Large Family beach house with view/hot tub/Pets

Outside there is a BBQ with room to sit and chat. Relax in the hot tub with a glass. Plenty of room at our massive table for Sunday lunch inside. Long sandy beach (4 min walk away). Excellent for dogs too. The house sleeps 11 plus 2 babies (I supply 2 travel cots, 2 high chairs and stair gates). You’ll have 5 large bedrooms, kitchen, breakfast room,sitting/dining room, garden, hot tub, own parking. Restaurants, pubs nearby. NB - 3 showers, bath and 3 toilets are all on the first floor.

Beautiful country home, sleeping 8

Old Chapel House is in the small village of Ingham, three miles from the Norfolk coast. On a quiet country lane, it’s a cosy, welcoming home with lots of wonderful things to do nearby. With a large garden and public footpaths on the doorstep, there’s plenty of space for dogs and guests to roam. For forty years the house was our much-loved family home. We now live across the road and we welcome other families and groups of friends to make the most of this lovely place.
