Outside there is a BBQ with room to sit and chat. Relax in the hot tub with a glass. Plenty of room at our massive table for Sunday lunch inside. Long sandy beach (4 min walk away). Excellent for dogs too. The house sleeps 11 plus 2 babies (I supply 2 travel cots, 2 high chairs and stair gates). You’ll have 5 large bedrooms, kitchen, breakfast room,sitting/dining room, garden, hot tub, own parking. Restaurants, pubs nearby. NB - 3 showers, bath and 3 toilets are all on the first floor.

With the beautiful Gorleston beach at the end of the road and plenty of shops, restaurants and pubs within walking distance you will be sure to have a fantastic holiday at this amazing property. The house is a home from home and has everything you will need with some nice additional touches including Sky sports and movie channels and plenty of games, books and toys to keep the children entertained.

The Coach House is nestled behind our home, situated just a 10 minute walk across the fields to the beach. The converted property was lovingly restored only a few years ago and offers a real home from home experience. The property is well equipped and also has a wood burning stove, perfect for those chilly nights. There is a large courtyard area with seating and ideal for alfresco dining!
