My place is a newly renovated apartment furnished and decorated in a way that entirely expresses my personal taste and my needs as a guest. Bright colors and modern elements combined with unique vintage pieces and plants. Spacious and luminous, this space ideal to spend your weekend and relax or even stay longer periods and feel at home. As long as you enter the apartment all spaces are accessible to you. And in order to be more precise, these include two spacious and extra cozy living rooms with a workstation, an elegant master bedroom, a modern bathroom and a kitchen. As a local, I can offer my insights and share some great city tips. The location is the center of Thessaloniki's beating heart, with the area a mix of the residential and commercial. The waterfront is just steps from the front door, while nearby points of interest include Aristotle's Square and Agia Sofia church. Public transportation is the best way to move around as parking can be quite tricky downtown. I would not recommend that. A fully renovated 2nd floor flat 50sq.m 5 min. from SanRoķko square and 10 min.from old town.The apart.consists a double bedroom,a living room with a big sofa which can sleep 2 guests ,a renovated bathroom and a kitchen. The 2 aircondition cool or warm the apart. The neihbourhood is very safety as 20 m away there is the Central Police station .Near the flat there are supermarkets,pharmacy,cafes.The blue bushes are 5min walking and 15 min the greenbushes.The Ionio University is 5min away.

Welcome to a brand new building of 2022,right in the heart of the city, in a quiet area, 2 steps away from bus station, coffeeshop, bakery, playground, pizzeria and many shops. Walk only 8 blocks to the main street, or rather 10 minutes to the promenade. Enjoy the experience on your return to one of the eight smart apartments, with free of charge monitored parking and plenty of comforts, only by using your phone to operate the lights,the shells and of course to contact me if you need anything.
