The stairs from the living room lead to the 2nd floor with repos, master bedroom with walk-in, 3 bedrooms with pull-out beds and bathroom with bathtub and view. The garden has a trampoline and a large south-facing wooden terrace. Close to Legoland and Lalandia Can easily be shared by 2 families.

There are two elevation beds (double bed) as well as a single bed. Please note that the stairs to the 1st floor are a little steep and there is not so much space around the double bed. Outside, there are two terraces, both with views. There is a wood-burning stove with freely available firewood. Both bed linen and towels are included.

The loft is in full standing height and there is direct access to a private bathroom, kitchen and LARGE living room with sofa corner and dining table. Here you can completely unwind, enjoy the tranquility and nature just outside the large windows. The sofa in the loft can be turned into a sofa bed. There is thus room for 4 sleeping guests.

From here, views of Vejle Fjord, Bølgen and Vejle city. 10 minutes' walk to the city center. In the apartment's large kitchen/living room, there are beautiful windows and access to one of the apartment's two balconies overlooking the fjord. Ruggård er en gammel bondegård, som ligger på kanten af Vejle Ådal kun 18 km fra Kolding, Vejle og Billund (Legoland). Du har her det optimale udgangspunkt for ture i den smukkeste danske natur. Området byder på vandrestier og cykel- og rideruter. Her er mange udflugtsmuligheder, men afsæt også tid til ophold på gården. Børn ELSKER at være her. Her prioriteres ude-livet og derfor er der ikke TV i boligen (forældre takker os) Kom og oplev den landlige idyl og ro og hils på gårdens dyr.

Old power plant in the river - close to downtown

The old power plant from 1860 is located in the middle of a river surrounded by forest and slopes and beautiful hiking trails. Vejle city center is within walking distance and you will find lots of attractions within a short driving distance. The house is divided into two open floors with terraces over the river from where it is possible to do fishing. The surroundings are quiet and peaceful and from the conservatory you can view the bird life in and around the river all year.

30 min. to Legoland. 160 square meter house in two floors ideal for one or to families with children or couples want to have a break.
