Stay cozy and peaceful in an old half-timbered house from the 1800s. The location is rural with animals and nature just outside the door but at the same time close to the city, restaurants, restaurants, entertainment, shopping and beach/swimming. Here you live quietly and spaciously in about 120 sqm with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, large living room with sofa, TV and dining area as well as bathroom with toilet, shower, washing machine & dryer. Next to the house is a leafy, private patio with barbecue right next to pastures with sheep and horses. You can park your car just outside.

A large lawn invites you to play and play. In the cottage, there is a fresh sauna and charging box where you can charge your electric car (cost price). Towels, bed linens and cleaning are not included but can be arranged (contact the host for price).

The house can be used both in winter and summer. On the front side, you will find a terrace with a fantastic view. There is also a more sheltered patio in the back. The house has an open floor plan with, among other things, kitchen/fireplace and relaxation corner. On the 2nd floor, there is a bedroom as well as a cozy living room with TV.

The three bedrooms all have stunning views of nature and garden. The garden is large and lush with a small gazebo for rainy days. Outside the garden grazing the farm cows and sheep. Above the hill is a farm shop and restaurant. A stone's throw from the house, the hiking trail begins through Sinarpsdalen. By car Båstad is just 5 min away.

Golfers reach four beautiful courses ten minutes away. If we are at home, we will serve you a full organic breakfast at a small charge.

En unik boendeupplevelse med idealiska förutsättningar för lugn, närhet till naturen och Bjärehalvöns alla utflyktsmål. Under 2025 har vi inte färdigställt den närmaste miljön runt huset men en altan med utemöbler finns. Vi ombesörjer sängkläder och handdukar. Vill du att vi tar hand om slutstädning kostar det 600kr. Under vintersäsong 1/11-1/3 har vi stängt för bokning.
