Het is te huur als B&B maar ook als vakantiewoning voor een langere periode. Er is o.a. een Grand Cafe De Post om de hoek waar heerlijk gegeten kan worden en een pizza eettentje Giovanni Midwoud die ook bezorgd. Er is tegen betaling een motorbootje aanwezig. The studio includes 2 bicycles, allowing you to reach the supermarket and the picturesque center of Oudewater, in about 5 minutes.

Please note that the address is Achter Raadhoven 45A, a green garden door, and not Achter Raadhoven 45, where our neighbor lives. De Boomgaard (The Orchard) is in the walled garden of an 18th-century house on the legendary Vecht River, where Dutch country life was born. The b&b is a complete cottage of great charm and comfort. Guests have their own entrance, with free parking a few steps from the door. They have their own entirely private bathroom and kitchen.

The bedroom features a spacious bed with crisp white linens, complemented by a simple wooden bench at the foot. A decorative area rug adds warmth, while framed art pieces are displayed above the bed. Soft lighting is provided by a bedside lamp next to one window.
