De lichte studio heeft een eigen ingang en is gelegen aan een kleine “Japanse” binnentuin. Als je de schuifdeur openzet zit je in de tuin. In de sfeervolle rustige kamer staat een queensize bed. Ook de badkamer en suite is gelegen aan de binnentuin.

Located on a very popular cycling route for recreation, hiking, cycling or mountain biking to stand within a few hundred meters on the Ginkelse heath. Many animals are spotted here in the evening and night: deer, foxes, badgers, squirrels, buzzards, forest owls, woodpeckers and hares. In the wood whale, weasels can even be spotted!

The cottage is located on the river Amstel, only 15 minutes by car and 20 minutes by bike from the vibrant center of Amsterdam. The cottage overlooks meadows on all sides. It is next to the owners house, but offers a lot of privacy. The cottage has a nice terrace that overflows into the garden.

Barn Conversion

Volledig zelfstandige en vrijstaande woonruimte in het groen van het dorp en toch slechts op 15 minuten fietsen of 10 minuten met de bus van de stad Utrecht. De schuur uit de 19e eeuw is in 2023 volledig gerestaureerd naar het wooncomfort van vandaag met behoud van alle originele en authentieke kenmerken.
