It is a sandy beach that is suitable for families with children. 10-12 metres out, there are good depth conditions. 30 min. from Oslo Airport by car. Well-equipped apartment in a quiet, family-friendly area. 15 min. walking distance to the train. (Train takes 38 minutes to Oslo S.) Approximately 45 min by car to Oslo. 15 min. walking distance to grocery stores, pharmacy, pizza/Indian/grill and hairdresser. The area has nice hiking opportunities and is close to the outdoor swimming pool "Bader'n" (open June 19 - August 16). The house has 20 sqm floor area, but is effectively utilized with loft, large ceiling height and good window surfaces. The terrace is south facing and sunny.
