The home is completely renovated (2022) and is part of a villa, but completely separate with its own entrance. Parking is available adjacent to the apartment and for those who prefer to go by bus, the bus stop is just outside. To the sea, it is about 150 meters and to Ica Nära in Grundsund, about 450 meters. Restaurants and swimming areas are also within walking distance (summer). The apartment is about 35 sqm and has two rooms and a kitchen as well as a bathroom and a small hall. Outside the home there is a patio with table and chairs and a barbecue.

60 sqm cottage with its own beach & older standard. Two bedrooms, one bathroom with toilet and shower, and a washing machine. Fully equipped kitchen with fridge and freezer, plus an induction hob with oven. Sofa bed in the living room. Dining areas for 6 people both inside and outside on the terrace facing the sea. Gas barbecue, parasol, access to private beach. Please note that there are a couple of steps down to the beach (!) 3 kayaks, 1 double and 2 single, and a small rowing boat are available during the stay. There is a wood-fired hot tub.

Within walking distance, you can rent kayaks, paddle tennis courts and a spa. The cottage has an open living room and kitchen with stunning views of the sea. Toilet with shower and washing machine. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms. One with a double bed and a private balcony, one with 2 single beds that can be put together and one with a 120 cm bed.

The house is located 100 meters from the sea and 200 meters from the city center. We offer sleeping space for 3 people. Parking space is available! It is close (500 meters) to lovely swimming, hiking trails and local attractions. The swimming area and harbor in Stockvik (500 meters) is perfect for swimming, crab fishing and relaxation. Outdoors, there is a dining table for eight people and extra furniture that can be moved and adapted depending on the time of day. You can always find a place for sun, shade and shelter.

Welcome to stay in our cozy cottage in the middle of the village, only a five minute walk from the picturesque harbor, restaurants, shops and salty baths. The house is about 25 m2 and on the first floor there is a bedroom, bathroom and living area with a sofabed. There is a folding ladder that takes you up to the loft with two beds. You share garden with the main building but you have a private part of the garden and your own enclosed terrace.
