Maria is very friendly and welcoming, but never intrusive. I was able to work easily remotely at home, but we also did a few excursions together. There are small supermarkets within a few minutes walk so you can cook at Maria's house but there are also sodas/restaurants. In 10 minutes you can reach the stop to go to the airport, San Jose and Alajuela. Maria also offered me a service to wash my clothes and you can ask for breakfast or dinner if she is available. Thank you, Maria! I am happy to have chosen your house for my stay in Costa Rica! I'll be back someday!

this place is a hidden gem. it is very very close to the airport and still in the countryside. the apartment is private and safe located behind a beautiful mansion with a walled garden. orchids and other exotic flora abound on the property. it is a very nice place to simply relax away from the urban frenzy in peace and quiet even if only for one night.

This was my second stay in Gustavo's place. Gustavo is an amazing host, and one of the best hosts that I've experienced on Airbnb. He is very responsive, and provides many toiletries that other places did not provide. The apartment is big, clean and has an amazing view. The apartment is in a good location and has many things that are walkable. I would definitely stay in Gustavo's place again.

I wanted to stay some days in Costa Rica to know Heredia and San Jose’s surroundings The place is excellent located. It has everything needed to feel like home. The furniture is brand new, the kitchen, bathroom works perfectly and the fact it includes breakfast saves a lot of trouble

Anudrina's place is immaculately clean, private, and beautifully designed. Check-in and check-out were effortless, making the stay stress-free. Despite being a challenging guest due to delayed flights from both me and my travel companion, Anudrina went above and beyond to find solutions when I couldn’t. I even accidentally set off the smoke detector while microwaving naan, and she reassured me not to worry, handling the situation with grace and understanding. I read most reviews and others noted the noise and view. Construction did take place during working day hours, but it didn't bother me as I was in and out a lot. The view is of the new apartment building, but from the bedroom I lifted the shades and enjoyed the night lit view over the city and the top of the hill what appears to be a volcano. I highly recommend her place and hospitality!

The stay at the place was amazing, very close to the airport, but the noise is not perceived, you can rest without a problem. The place is very clean and matches the description, it has everything you need. Mrs. Lili was always attentive, very friendly and gave us some recommendations of places. I would definitely stay again, I highly recommend it.

This B&B is gorgeous!!! The room was comfortable with an in suite bathroom. There’s a terrace where you can relax that’s absolutely stunning. I ordered dinner the night I stayed and it was delicious, as was the breakfast (huge portions). Laurie was helpful in arranging airport transfer which was only a 15 minute drive from her place. It’s a quiet neighborhood and great place to stay if you want to be near the airport or away from the craziness of downtown San Jose.

we stayed in Casa Mano De Tigre's just for a day. its an amazing property, we will plan longer trip later soon. highly recommend for everyone

Great place to stay, close to airport. Walking distance to restaurants and shops. Very friendly host, Edwin even offered to drive me to the airport at 4 am! I was there only for one night. The room is spacious with a large and very comfortable bed / mattress. Big bathroom with everything you need. All was meticulously clean, and welcoming. I used the jacuzzi to relax. I would stay here again!

Great place to stay after a long flight, the staff is very helpful and the food is delicious!

The place is in a quiet area, you can feel safe and only 10 minutes to the larger shopping center. Continental breakfasts delicious, friendly, smiling, and supportive guests. Rooms are clean, well-maintained. If we go back to San Jose, it's also to Casa Lima. :)

When we come to San Jose, we will absolutely stay here again! Over and over! There’s no simple words to express how welcomed and cared for we felt our entire stay. This place to stay was better than a hotel and honestly any Airbnb! Diego and his staff went completely out of their way to help us in every way. The staff was amazing and got to meet his precious wife the last morning as they accommodated our early check out. When we left I felt like we were leaving family.

Super quiet accommodation, close to San Jose to be cleared as a couple, super recommended.
