Rural house 97 km from Madrid, in the mountains of Altomira (Guadalajara)the house is located very close to Lake Bolarque , where you can swim and do water sports or take a boat ride, 30 km navigable. Private swimming pool,fireplace and porch with barbecue. Inside urbanization with security . The house has incredible views while enjoying the fireplace in the living room surrounded by greenery, in a pine, oak and madroño setting. The air smells like rosemary and thyme .

The house is located in the Las Anclas development, next to the Entrepeñas reservoir. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Ideal for the whole year. In summer, the reservoir is navigable and you can swim, do nautical activities, and water sports. In autumn, it is ideal for taking walks in the area and collecting mushrooms. In winter it is a very quiet place with picturesque places to visit. In the spring, enjoy the nature surrounding you.

Have fun with the whole family in this accommodation with care to the last detail. A detached villa, with 3 bedrooms and two living rooms, one with double sofa bed both with fireplace, spectacular views, stunning sunsets, large windows and beautiful terrace with porch. It has two fireplaces, central heating and is cool in summer, mosquito nets on all windows climalit. Very close to the beach of Bolarque, with free access to 3 clubs with paddle, pool and tennis.

The accommodation is part of one of the four apartments that have been rehabilitated in a former Civil Guard headquarters. A unique stone building built in the early 20th century. It has a 200m courtyard inside and an outdoor garden. We have an electric car charger available. The accommodation is located near the Barranco del Río Dulce Natural Park, one of the most spectacular places in the province of Guadalajara.

A building built in a circular shape, an old dovecote, located in a large square of geologists, a very nice small single-family house with all the amenities, extraordinary building made of red sandstone from the area, wonderful views of the lake and village as well as the mountains and oak, holm oak and savin juniper, a very quiet village, ideal to spend a few days as a couple, or with a maximum of two children.
