This property has a private outdoor hot tub. The idea is to be able to enjoy the space, the green, the animals. Through the property passes a stream (the cure) that communicates with the rio gualeguaychu on the edge we have a dock and you can fish (golden food, sabalos and some boga) very rich by the way. There is also the possibility of kayaking or rowing boat. We are only 30 blocks from the corsodrome, ideal to spend the day in the pool and the countryside and the night in the center.

A warm place, close to all points of interest, access to the city, squares, parks, a few minutes walk from the Corsodromo and the main center next to walking and biking trails.
