The large and bright room with a private entrance is in the heart of the historic center of Perugia. I renovated it with care and refinement in 2018, to best accommodate those visiting the city. It includes a living area with a comfortable sofa for relaxation, and a nice table around which to enjoy our breakfasts, or maybe a plate of pasta: the retractable mini-kitchen is at your disposal. Up to 4 beds (with sofa bed), independent heating and air conditioning, large shower.

Out-of-town workshop

Located on the outskirts of Perugia, the apartment was obtained by restoring a typical Umbrian stone and brick house on the edge of a small private grove. Large living room, an "open space" with original terracotta and stone floors and arches, where the living area, lounge and kitchenette coexist in well-defined spaces.
