Comfortable apartment with occupancy up to 6 people, on the upper floors of the Asia Italy Cuisine restaurant in Mayagüez. It has 1 bedroom with 2 full beds and 2 twin beds in the common area or living room. In the kitchen we include a microwave, coffee maker and refrigerator. Also, eating utensils (dishes and cutlery). Air conditioning in all areas. The apartment is on a main street (very busy) within walking distance of a bakery and other restaurants such as The Landing, Carbón de Palo, González Seafood among others.

A bathroom is presented, featuring a pedestal sink with a mirror above. A soap dispenser is placed on the sink. A small trash bin and a fluffy white bath mat are visible on the floor, alongside a bidet. Beige tiles cover the walls, providing a warm appearance.

Each bedroom is decorated showing the three main races that comprise the puertorican people..The Taino indian, the Spanials and the African . The house is located in the west side of the island , point of reference from where history shows Christopher Columbus landed during the 14th hundres. The west side of the island is full of wonder ,history and enchanting sunsets. The house is close drive to museums , theather, beaches, river adventures , coffee plantations and historical sites. A must see.
