The place is spectacular, just as the photos describe. It's far away, if you need a tall or 4x4 car, outside that is the perfect place to rest, enjoy nature and get out of the routine of the city. It's a clean and safe place. With all the comforts needed to make the stay something memorable. Maria is super attentive and responds almost immediately, she takes care of any questions and is friendly.

Everything is very nice, tidy, good communication. This is the second time that we stayed for the beautiful and if we returned to Guatemala we would stay again.

Thank you. It was a nice place. It's in the area of zone 14 that is close to the 14th avenue where you can find a supermarket and a San Martín. The place is comfortable and has a small patio with a chair to read. The kitchen is nice and so is the bedroom.

We arrived into Guatemala City super late and had no issues checking in. Close to the airport and just what we needed after a long travel day.

Liliana is a very warm host who rents her own apartment, apartment in which it feels like home. It perfectly matches the photos and it is located in a rather residential area, very quiet, but close to the center. I worked there in telepractic for a few days and everything went smoothly. I hope to return in the future.

The house was lovely, just like in the pictures and even more. It was the perfect space during our vacation. It has nice little touches inside, plenty of room, and it’s in a great area with an amazing view of the volcano. Very clean and comfortable. Waleska was super helpful and always checked in to make sure we had what we needed. We had a few hiccups getting from the airport, but she made sure we got there fine and helped make check-in and checkout really smooth. I’d definitely stay here again!

Very nice villa, according to the photographs, the house was very well decorated and clean, the caretakers are very friendly and Ricardo is always attentive, very close to the center of Antigua Guatemala. Very good stay. I would give you a plus if the rooms had AC otherwise 10/10

I rented this villa for my parents to celebrate their birthdays, and I couldn't have asked for a better place! Sofia, the host, was exceptional in her communication and went above and beyond by arranging a chef to come cook for them. My parents were so impressed with the property that they didn’t want to leave! The villa was beautifully maintained, and the ambiance made their celebration truly special. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to create unforgettable memories. Thank you, Sofia, for making their birthday celebration so perfect!

Michael’s place was absolutely beautiful—every detail felt luxurious. The rooms were stunning, the pool was incredible, and the overall atmosphere made for a truly relaxing stay. The location was perfect—just a few minutes’ walk to everything we needed, from restaurants and shops to beaches and local spots. We also really appreciated the on-site security, who greeted us each day and were quick to open the gate—it made us feel very safe and taken care of. One thing to note: Airbnb didn’t clearly state that there would be extra charges for additional guests, even though the house fits eight. Thankfully, Michael was very kind and offered to split the extra cost with us, which we really appreciated. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this home to others.

We loved our stay! How amazing To wake up to beautiful views of volcanoes but be close to the city with the help of the included and inexpensive driver! We had food brought up with the help of them and were able to disconnect while exploring Antigua! What a gem! Those they employee to help with The house are so responsive and go out of the way to make the stay perfect! I definitely recommend this if heading to Antigua!

It was clean, the jacuzzi was warm and most of all it was nice to have staff that was always there to help me.
