As it is a residential zone is very quiet. If you like nature, Isla Santay is near, you can get there walking 15 min. By car, airport is 15 min away and downtown 10 min. Main bus lines (Metrovía) has stations 5 min by foot and other secondary lines, at the corner.

The suite is a clean, cozy, quiet and very safe place with a separate entrance in a gated community with 24/7 security (located in front of the checkpoint). Three minutes from shopping malls. It has a beautiful garden at the entrance. Located 25 minutes from the airport. Close to restaurants, laundry, exercise trails, and pharmacies.
