Holiday rentals with beach access in Guaynabo

Meilyn was a great host. Very attentive and had fast responses. Answered all questions and gave us recommendations. Beautiful place with a beautiful view and very clean.

We LOVED staying at this Airbnb and had a fantastic time! Maribel is a wonderful host!! Super clean, well stocked kitchen, comfy beds!! Beach chairs, beach towels, volleyballs etc. all for us to use. The beach is right out the back door and the view from the unit's second floor balcony is dreamy-ocean, palm trees, beach all SO close!! We loved sitting and drinking coffee and watching the waves and people and dogs! The building only has 2 units per floor and we never saw anyone! Very quiet building. Very safe, family friendly area. The beach is amazing!! So clean!! Beautiful trees for shade, family friendly and a dog lover's paradise!! Several sand vb nets and many people played vb or pickle ball-so fun to watch! Lively, very walkable area- we walked everywhere- for groceries, breakfast, dinner, so much only a few blocks in every direction. Took Uber to OSJ several times - easy! We highly recommend Maribel's Airbnb - u won't be disappointed! We would love to visit again soon!

My husband and I rent condos in Condado/Ocean Park at least annually. Zulma's apartment is one of the best we have stayed in. We really loved all of the windows--very nice!--and the apartment was actually more spacious than how I imagined it online. It is about 2 blocks off Loiza Street, which has lots of restaurants, and it is walking distance to different areas of Condado. Zulma was very communicative about all aspects of checking in and out, and instructions were very clear. We would definitely rent again if the apartment is available.

Janet’s place was in a prime location and walking distance of restaurants, entertainment, and beaches. Short ride/drive (10-15 min) to other local popular beaches, restaurants, bars, casinos, etc…The apartment was exactly as described and the photos are completely accurate. Extremely clean. Felt very comfortable. As described this for two people max. Great for our romantic get away. Little extras like a small cooler for the beach came in very handy since we didn’t pack one. Janet was very friendly and communicable. Absolutely recommend.

very cute little apartment and in easy walking distance to the beach + many restaurants and shops. the apartment complex does not let you walk in or out in a swim suit though even though we are by the beach, and the guards are very strict about it, so make sure you wear coverups.

Great place and great host

What an amazing stay. I go to PR yearly and this is my second time on a solo trip to PR within the past 4 years. Easy check in. Great location. Easy to walk around or take one of the scooters to get almost anywhere nearby for food, drinks, beach. And close to all the bars for nightlife or a quick uber ride away into old San Juan. I would definitely book again. Very clean space and private.

Clean and safe location perfect for my groups stay. Plenty of beds and clean. Easy walk to the beach and easy ubers to la placita & old san juan.

Everything was perfect here. We have a small child and the space was absolutely amazing for all of us. We were wanting a chill place with room to rest and close proximity to things around and this totally hit all the things. The owner is on site and was a delight. She gave us some great recommendations for the area and seemed extremely chill. 10/10 will come back.

The property is as described with easy access to the beach taking a staircase located about 2 blocks from the unit. Beach had nice soft sand and some spots could be found with shade under palm trees (although bringing shade is recommended). Best coffee we had was from the Coffee right outside the gated community and good breakfast at Kasalta (but be warned there are long lines). Lunch and dinner we consumed about 20-minutes away in Old San Juan or 8-minutes in other areas (some places nearby but nothing we tried). As a runner, there are some routes you can take from here although most involve some road. The party toward the airport you can get about 1.5-2 miles out before any busy roads and with some navigating/less just running the natural curves should be able to go 4+ miles out (I got 3.1 before turning around for a 10k). Going toward Old San will come with nicer views though. We did have some issues, but Alejandro was great about making sure the concerns were addressed.

Really enjoyed staying at this place!! The location is great, so many places to eat and drink, short walk everywhere such as to beach and grocery. The place was very spacious and we had a large group and didn’t feel crowded ever! Definitely recommend this place if you enjoy activity and walking. We had a rental car and were very close to other beaches and areas and loved exploring all around San Juan! Uber is also extremely available and helps out a lot if you want to explore beyond Isla Verde!

Place was exactly as described! Alex and Diana were very responsive! It was such a plus they had a solar generator during the islands power outage. Would highly recommend and definitely stay here again. 10/10

Honestly one of the best host I ever had . She was super fast on responding . Very friendly . The house was such a beautiful home . My family and I went when there was a power outage and she accommodated us with no hesitation. Very understanding . Definitely a 10 out of 10 . Will definitely book again . Thank you 😊

Manuals place is a great place to stay. Clean, spacious and comfortable beds. In a way it’s just like the photos but in another it’s better. We were two females and found it really comfortable and felt safe walking around. 5-10mins walk to the nearest beach depending on how slow you walk. And a lovely 20-30mins walk along the beach to the main area of Isla Verde. Lots of restaurants nearby plus Supermax with was open 24/7. Having read the reviews we were prepared for water issues but the water seemed consistently hot enough during our 8 night stay. Kitchen was great and the washer drier were a dream We had a slight issue with the clogging of the shower drain but that could’ve been my hair. Manual and his cousin came almost straight away and were so kind and helpful. Highly recommend and thanks again for fixing my glasses!!

My friends and I had the best time here! The pictures did not do this place justice, the view was absolutely incredible. Everything was clean and they had everything we could have needed including beach chairs, towels, and all other important amenities. The staff of the building were also so kind. We can’t wait to come back!

This place was amazing. Our first night there the neighborhood experienced a blackout, but Augusto and Liliana were very responsive and very helpful. They brought us over essentials like solar powered fans, flashlights, ice, and water which was very much appreciated. Besides that, the place is exactly as the pictures, beautiful and spacious. It is at a great & convenient location: many restaurants within walking distance, beach a block away, and La Placita a 5 min drive away. Would I stay here again? Absolutely. Well-appointed, spacious 2 BR 2 BA condo in a high rise with direct access to the beach. Early check-in options available. Comfy beds, silence at night except for the lovely sound of crashing waves. Strong A/C and Wifi. Stunning views of the beach (there is no balcony). Walkable neighborhood, not too busy. Great swimming pool, open late. Small game room with tennis table and pool. Decent gym. A plumbing issue in the bathroom caused a mess and a 3-hour delay. This should have been caught beforehand. The host addressed the issue right away. Our cleaning lady was fantastic BTW. The beach area by the condo is beautiful but not good for wading; the seabed is mainly rocks, some sharp. For wading, you need to walk 5 minutes to the Parque Del Indio area. We lost power during 22 hours during an island-wide outage. Being on the 19th floor, it was quite stressful. Our host graciously sent a 1/2 day refund for our inconvenience. Kudos to our host, always responsive and informative.

Spent an amazing beautiful 5 days vacation with my kids at Gerardo’s place and honestly I have 0 complaints . The view is beautiful the place is amazing and comfortable . 5 days wasn’t enough and let’s not forget about the beautiful balcony views , had breakfast on the balcony with my family ! We loved it and definitely intend on going back whenever we visit back San Juan . Also has a personal parking spot for our rental car right outside the building . Couldn’t ask for anything more perfect especially with the area it is located in with plenty of shopping spaces restaurant and anything else you will need . Highly recommended!

My best friend and I had an amazing stay in condado! Hosts were very responsive and made sure we were warm welcomed to a clean room! Would definitely stay again! Perfect location

Leesandra's place was amazing! It had everything we needed and so much more! The building was so close to restaurants, attractions, and stores. Leesandra was extremely accommodating and was so easy to communicate with. The studio had an amazing view of the city and the mountains in the background. Everything was stocked up and the little touches of wine and toiletries were so nice! We will definitely be coming back to stay there again! Puerto Rico is so beautiful and Leesandra's place just made it that much better! Thank you for having us!

Sergio is a great host. His place was just what we needed for two nights in San Juan. Clean and comfortable. We were so appreciative for the beach chairs and beach towels. The beach is a one minute walk from the building. Lots of restaurants in the area for breakfast, lunch and dinner. And, Old San Juan is just a 15 minute taxi ride. A great place, thanks Sergio.

We had a great stay here. Felix was super responsive if anything was needed. The place was very modern and smelled very clean. The playita del condado was walking distance, super close. Instructions were very thorough as well for check in/check out. Would definitely stay here again! Thank you.
