Charming 1-bedroom apartment on the 1st floor of a private house. The apartment is located in a small village in Midtfyn, a few kilometers from shopping, only a quarter of an hour from Svendborg and 20 minutes from Odense on the nearby highway, which is not a problem. The view shows the scenic side of Funen just 5 km from Egeskov Castle and a few hundred meters from fields, forests and a small river. The apartment has a private bathroom with washing machine, cozy kitchen with small oven, hobs and dining area, as well as a living room with TV, double bed and pull-out sofa.

The home is located on Sydfyn and can be used all year round From May-September, you can book for 6 people. From October to April, the house is intended for 4 people, as the 2 beds are in an unheated annex. Real holiday coziness. 200 m to a child-friendly beach. The water is perfect for fishing for trout and mackerel, among other things. The price does not include linen, cloths, dish towels, towels. This can be purchased for 75,- (10 euros) extra/person. Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home. tenants have the whole house and garden to themselves. There is space for 6 cars. Parking is free. Dogs welcome. Egeskov castle, Gorilla climb park. The forest hugger Denmark's best mtb track. Zoo and many other things nearby. Many great bathing beaches within 15 minutes by car. Baker, shopping, butcher, pizza, and florist within walking distance. 30 minutes. By car to Odense city centre. 12 minutes to Svendborg. 500 metres to the train station. Tradespeople welcome.

The guest house has its own bathroom and kitchen. There is a private entrance and parking. The guest house is well suited for one or two nights for guests passing through. Many choose the place as a quiet stop on their journey. Guests can check in without a host. Boathouse

Home away from home... Lean back, enjoy the view, and let the calm descend. The double patio door gives you the opportunity to open up, out to the water, as well as to go out on the private terrace, where your own outdoor shower is available in the summer. There is a table oven, stove, coffee maker, refrigerator with small freezer in the kitchen. Only 300 meters to the water, where there is a sandy beach. The boathouse is a separate residence from the main house, where I live with my 2 cats.

(Ingen skjulte rengøringsgebyrer). Helt særlig bolig tæt på Egeskov slot I haven til gården Langholm finder man dette anneks. Den lille charmerende bjælkehytte er omgivet af gårdens æblehave, sø med ænder og fisk, adskillige terrasser og en spændende have fyldt med små kroge. En perfekt måde at bo midt i naturen. Langholm er og har været en slægtsgård i over 80år og oser af nostalgi, hygge og gode historier. Gården ligger tæt på indkøbsmuligheder. Vi er til at tale med :)

Cozy annexe, situated beautifully at Ollerup lake. The annex was built in 2021 with raw brick walls and wooden ceilings, which gives a very special atmosphere. There is a new 140x 200cm bed in the living room, as well as a loft with the possibility of 2 overnight guests. There is a private entrance, large wooden terrace and access to Ollerup lake and garden. You can borrow a rowing boat. Kitchen: There are two hotplates, fridge with small freezer, fully equipped kitchen.

The home is decorated in an old forge with charming details. It is located in a small town with good shopping opportunities within a few hundred meters. From the garden, there is a beautiful view of the open field towards a nearby manor house. Odense, Svendborg, Nyborg and Kerteminde are all less than half an hour's drive away. The place is ideal as a starting point for cycling in the area with a short distance to the forest and beach.
