Just 20 steps from the main road, there is Casa Rosetta, bright and comfortable, with two large bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, an equipped kitchen and a panoramic terrace. Equipped with every comfort: wifi, air conditioning, smart TV, washing machine, dishwasher and more. Located in a strategic place 10 minutes from the beach (with the internal shuttle) and to explore the wonders of the coast: the Path of the Gods, Amalfi, Ravello, Sorrento... with public transport stops 1 minute from the house.

Two rooms overlooking the sea

The newly-builted 40m2 home is located in Marina Corricella, a pedestrian area easily reachable, 7mt from the sea. To reach the house, there are 2 sets of staircases for a total of 30 steps. From the small terrace you can overlook the arrival of fishermen' boats. Nearby there are restaurants, bars, icecream shops and local handicraft shops. Chiaia beach is reachable by feet (20min) or by taxi boat service. In the spring/summer passengers transport by hydrofoil from Sorrento to Procida are active

The owner of the apartment was awarded the women and hospitality prize by the Councillor of the municipality of Naples for the authentic hospitality that she offers to the guests. The house is located in the historic center of Naples, in the immediate vicinity of the famous San Severo Chapel. The property is located on the works floor of a late 1700s building, served by a lift. The lift works with a coin machine and each ride costs 5 cents which will be provided to you by the owner.

Living Sperlonga

Living Sperlonga e' una bellissima casa con accesso diretto al mare, situata su una delle piu' belle spiaggie di Sperlonga. Siamo in via salette dove un accesso privato con un viale di circa 70 metri porta alla casa sul mare. La casa e' di 90 mq con ampio spazio esterno e giardino ed e' composta da: ampio salone, cucina, tre camere da letto e due bagni di cui uno esterno. Ci sono in dotazione anche lettini ed ombrelloni per godersi in pieno il mare di Sperlonga.

Excellent position close to Naples and Pozzuoli. Both cities are linked by ferry with Ischia, Procida and Capri. The gulf of Gaeta and Sperlonga is only 30 min by car. The house, completely independent, is 50 sqm large and has a unique view in front of the sea, and a huge garden of mediterranean vegetation. There is a double bed and a sofa bed consisting of two single beds. It’s also possible to reach the beach that is 500m far from the house!
