Casa del Capo is an independent, small house, with sea view, located in the grounds of this magnificent villa; the unit consists of one room with double bed, sofa bed, dining table, and fully equipped kitchen; one bathroom with shower; and the private terrace with outdoor furniture; the terrace can be used for meals. All spaces have been recently renovated. The house can accommodate up to four people. It might be too small for 4 adults; it is ideal to for a couple with 1 child.

Beverello Suite is a penthouse located in a strategic area of Napoli from where you can walk to all tourist attractions of the historic center of the city. At the same time you can enjoy a quiet and cool space on summer nights thanks to the large private terrace of the Suite that enjoys the sea breeze and a view of the city. From 1 August 2023, to access the floor where the entrance door to the Suite is located, there is the possibility of using an elevator for 2 people.

Our house in Gaeta is on two floors, consisting of a bedroom on the first floor and a living room with a sofa bed on the second floor. On the first floor, there is a bathroom with a bathtub, while on the second floor, there is a half bathroom and a small kitchen. The house has a beautiful terrace with breathtaking views of the sea and Gaeta Vecchia. The house is equipped with a TV, washing machine and air conditioning. To reach it, you need to climb some stairs.
