Waterfront holiday rentals in Gulf of Naples

First of all, Valentina and her wonderful nephew, serving as a translator & baggage handler!) were some of the nicest people I met in Italy...which is saying a lot, because Italians are wonderful people. Second, the location was AMAZING. The sunsets, the water, Mt Vesuvius in the distance...just breathtaking! The Marina Grande area is such a nice little pocket of Sorrento, with so much character and charm. Finally, the apartment itself was perfect. The beds were so comfortable, the shower was an experience, the decor was perfect. If you chose to open the windows, there is an amazing breeze from the ocean. I highly recommend Valentina's flat for anyone traveling to Sorrento!

Atrani is the perfect place to stay! Quick and scenic 5 minute walk to Almafi and 2 minutes to Atrani Beach. Accomodation was clean, in a great location, and had all the amenities listed. Would come back 100%!

Pasquale is a great host. Insanely quick to respond to our questions. Great place to stay, calm and beautiful. Lots of restaurants at bars at a walking distance. Great connection point to Sorrento, Positano, Amalfi and Capri with direct boat connections from the harbour 10 minutes away. We had a great time in Castellammare di Stabia. Definitely recommend

We had the best stay everything was perfect the apartment was spotless,the location was close to everything we needed, the views were so beautiful, the hosts were extremely helpful , anything that we needed help with they sorted from day trips, boat tours, areas of interest, booking transfers an local knowledge,they were so helpful an made this trip so easy for us We would highly recommend the apartment …5 star all the way …. This appartment in Maiori was great! The appartment itself is beautiful, spacious and practical. The location is also great as it is 1 minute to the beach, 1 minute to the bus stop, 2 minutes to the shop and 5 minutes to the port. Couldn't ask for a more convenient place. Patricia met us on arrival and was very responsive throughout the stay. Thank you! The only thing the appartment did not have was leftover salt or oil to get you started with cooking so just pack your own if you plan to cook.

Superbe maison parfaitement bien située dans le village à quelques minutes à pied de tout ce qu’il vous faut. La vue de la terrasse est absolument magnifique. Parfait endroit pour se reposer. La maison était très propre et le propriétaire a été très accomodant (lit de bébé, chaise haute etc pour notre bébé). On recommande sans hésiter.

Bellissimo appartamento sul porticciolo della Chiaiolella, a pochi passi dalla spiaggia e dalla Vivara. Proprietario gentile e flessibile, tutto pulito e ben fornito. La nostra famiglia di 5 è stata benissimo, sia bambini che adulti!

What a gem! The apartment was lovely and cozy! perfect for 2! The bed and pillows were so comfortable and the linens were crisp and clean white. The location is right in the heart of a lovely street bustling with restaurants and shops and cafes! I would definitely not hesitate and book this place if you’re a 1st timer visiting Ischia or a regular visitor. Thanks for the great response and communication Vito! and for your father coming to check on things. A super bonus is having laundry accessible while you stay. Everything was pristine , a home away from home . when you have a million questions like I did and I am so appreciative. tutto è stato meraviglioso. What a Jem! Harbor front with an absolutely Amazing view. In the Heart of a truly picturesque location. Quiet mornings turn to a bustling restaurant scene at mid day and evenings. Spoilt for choice of great dinning options at your immediate disposal. Or catch an Island boat tour from your doorstep. Very comfortable and sound proof accommodation with an uplifting decor/color scheme & well outfitted kitchen, which is an appreciated find while traveling. Highly recommend!!

This was the perfect location to start our trip to Italy. The location was so convenient from the ferry and the bus was very close. So perfect for getting around. It is also very walkable to everywhere in town. The space was perfect with two ensuite bedrooms and the outside space was great for lounging and morning coffee. Thanks for everything.

3 chambres et 3 lits (2 grands et 1 simple). Directement en face du port sur la rue principale. Circulation automobile et de motos incessante et bruyante. Tranquille la nuit jusqu'à 6 h le matin. Magnifique terrasse. Étrange aménagement sur 2 étages avec la cuisine au 2e mais la table pour manger au 1er. Bien regarder la photo de l'escalier en colimaçon qui permet d'accéder au 2e. Tout était très très propre et nous n'avons manqué de rien (à part du café). Nous avons aimé la ville qui se fait bien à pied, même possible de marcher jusqu'à Lacco Ameno et plus loin Ischia Porto. Avons fait de la randonnée au Monte Rotero. Nous avions un crédit Airbnb qui nous a permis de payer ce logement, sinon il était hors budget. Si vous comptez profiter de la sublime terrasse, n'êtes pas incommodés par le bruit des véhicules et avez le budget, nous recommandons ce logement.

Great place

Annamaria was extremely flexible, we were able to drop our bags early after arriving from Canada. We took her recommendation for a transfer from the airport and thank goodness we did. Mario was super friendly and navigated Naple’s fascinating streets and traffic with the skill of a real Neapolitan. Annamaria’s place is right in the heart of the action, and her incredible terrace was an amazing oasis of peace in the middle of the charming chaos of Napoli. The apartment itself is simple and as described and suited our needs perfectly. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you Anna Maria

Margherita has a beautiful place right near the main port in Capri, she was very responsive, helpful and even allowed us to drop our luggage off early so we didn’t have to pay for luggage storage from when we got off the ferry until our actual check in time. Place was very clean and stocked with everything you would need. Would highly recommend staying here

I stayed here with my partner and two children (9 and 13). Bianca and Alfonso were brilliant - always happy to help. The apartment was very comfortable, we had everything we needed, I particularly enjoyed sitting out on the balcony with my morning coffee (a real bonus as it was April). As mentioned there is a walk up the hill into town. From the apartment door to the station this took 15-20 mins, we had to walk up the road though as the path behind the apartment was temporarily closed - that would have been quicker. It is such a beautiful location though, with stunning views over to Vesuvius all the way, that we never minded the walk. This was a great base for visiting Pompeii, Naples, Herculaneum and Vesuvius. The local train does get busy but is easy enough to use otherwise. We were glad we booked the airport bus to and from the airport with our luggage! There are plenty of shops and restaurants in town - Alfonso gave us some recommendations which I appreciated. I would recommend.

The apartment is very centrally located - we took the Alibus from airport to the final stop (maritime) and the apartment is 5 minutes walk. Metro station is one minute walk (municipio). Spanish Quarter, via Toledo, ferry port, metro station, good restaurants, supermarket, souvenir shops everything is within close proximity. The apartment is located on the third floor, there is a lift, you have full privacy on the floor too, also the appt is very secure. Antonello is a great host, before arrival we had access to all the information we needed for our trip and some amazing Restaurant recommendations too. The apartment is very spacious, it had everything we needed. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay in Naples and having this apartment really made it special. Nous avons passé un bon séjour en famille. La communication avec notre hote a toujours été bonne, cordiale et très réactive en cas de problème ou question. L'appartement est bien situé en bord du littoral avec une vue magnifique sur la mer et la baie de Naples (du coté balcon et chambre des enfants) et sur le Vésuve (du coté salle à vivre). L'appartement est grand, lumineux, bien entretenu et assez bien équipé. La plage à proximité est agréable. Il y a des commerces à proximité. Le seul point génant a été la difficulté à trouver un stationnement pour notre notre voiture les soirs de fin de semaine (vendredi au dimanche). Si vous venez en voiture, il est surement judicieux d'utiliser le stationnement proposé par l'hote.

This flat is all about the location and the view. It is very close to the city centre, many tourist areas and of course the port. The flat itself is quite small but large enough for two persons. The location is perfect for walking to an underground station, to numerous cafes and restaurants and to ferries to local islands. It was perfect for us for visiting museums, getting trains to Pompeii and Herculaneum as well as going to the opera one evening. The only downside to the location is the sight, when leaving the building, of a few homeless people sleeping on mattresses on the area outside the base of the building. This did not prevent us from having a fabulous holiday. Thank you Francesco.

I spent the weekend in Procida to photograph the procession of mysteries. I chose Leonardo’s place because it it looked very nice and was well situated. I wasn’t disappointed at all! The place is awesome. Very comfy with a nice bedroom, a pretty cool bathroom and kitchen. I really enjoyed the terrace with the view on the harbour. Leonardo is very cool. He waited for me at the terrace so I would immediately see where to go. Communication was always swift and friendly. I will definitely go back! A+++++

The apartment was everything that’s needed and more - perfect and very secure building, located close to historical center, port and promenade, with many restaurants nearby, as well as grocery shop just 5minutes away. It had all the amenities as described and a breathtaking view from the balcony. The communication with the host was great, check-in easy. Would definitely stay again!
