The house is very nice and tidy, the location is great,close to all attractions within 10 minutes. In snowy times, you can also enjoy sledding and winter joys in front of the house and the nearby Mukinje sledding area at about 10 minutes away. The host, Ivana, is super helpful and responsive. And a domestic dog who is always guarding the house and guests.

The villa is fantastic and in beautiful surroundings. Everything was as advertised. The owners were very friendly, helpful and responded instantly to our communications. We haven’t visited Istria before and we loved the area. Will definitely be back.

We wished we had been able to stay longer! RA house is a haven of natural beauty and serenity that I would totally recommend to anybody. We stayed for a couple of nights, as part of our visit to the Plitvice lakes (which are beautiful and worth the visit) and were immediately enjoying the calm and serenity of nature at our doorstep. It was a perfect break and change of scenery between the touristy beaches & old cities of Croatia, and the city vibes of Zagreb. We only wish we had more time to stay and recharge our batteries in this lovely home for a couple more days. Communication was seamless, friendly, helpful, and always responsive, which made the entire process of our stay a breeze.

Snjeza is a super nice host. He responds quickly to questions and very nice that he makes his own olive oil and vegetables available from his own garden. Lovely house. Due to the nice weather, the swimming pool and jacuzzi were used a lot. The sports field was also super nice! From the house you can easily reach many activities. Nice change between staying "home" and going out!

The accommodation was well equipped, very clean and we liked it overall, especially the terrace! Mirjana was very friendly, helpful and quick to reach at any time. Overall we had a very nice time, the place is highly recommended 🧡

We had a great stay at this apartment on Vir. The apartment was simple, but very clean and cozy. The advantage was a great location – close to the beach, restaurants and shops which gave us convenient access to everything we needed. Goran was very friendly and helpful, always ready to help with any question or request. The overall atmosphere was peaceful and relaxed, perfect to relax and recharge. We'd love to come back again! Absolute recommendation for the place! Very clean, nicely decorated, kitchen super equipped and the hosts very kind and helpful. We were there with a baby and had enough space for the three of us, also a child-friendly beach is within walking distance.

Simple and uncomplicated communication even before arrival. Easy and convenient check-in, super friendly homeowners (Franko and his wife Andrea), great location with a wonderful view. The apartment was very clean and we had a really great time there. Highly recommended and we will be happy to come back on our next visit to Zadar!

We (dad + 2 daughters) were allowed to spend 10 days here. We were very warmly welcomed by Sanjin's mother, a very warm woman with excellent baking and cooking skills! Functional apartment within walking distance of the sea. It's a 10-minute walk to the city center. Shops within five minutes. Convenient parking. Well-maintained house and garden.

Very clean apartment with all the essentials. Very kind host, super helpful, who made me feel at home. Ideal location to easily walk to the beach/Banjole pine forest. Kamenjak Park can be reached by car in a short time. Lots of beautiful coves nearby. Highly recommended!

Tihana is a very nice host and provided us with a lot of information and tips for the area before we arrived. The apartment was clean and as expected. Our highlight was the beach, which was a 2-minute walk away. There was always little going on there and the water clean and clear. The ideal choice for our more active getaway for two!

We have wonderful time at cres-losinj island during winter. Nice, sunny weather, delicious food at restaurants, lots of lemons and oranges on the trees and beutiful trips and view from the mountains of cres-Lošinj island. Besides the house owner has tremendous home made olive oil and liquor. The accommodation was also a joy.

The apartment was very nice and 5 minutes' walk from the beach. Everything was exactly as described, no surprises awaited us. Communication with Christina was always perfect. We also particularly liked the lockable garage parking space. We highly recommend the apartment!

Well-appointed and equipped, modern apartment with balcony on the 1st floor, very central yet quiet, parking on site, we could park e-bikes in the house. Only a few minutes' walk to the sea. Great communication, we were informed in advance about the most important points. Questions during the stay were answered quickly and very friendly. Very friendly contact persons! For us, it was “the best place to be” in Medulin, which we highly recommend!

Beautiful, modern, exclusive, spacious apartment, perfectly located on the water next to the promenade. Very well-equipped, smart tv in each bedroom, clean towels, good linens, nice tableware, available chemistry, washing machine, sun loungers all made the stay more enjoyable.
