The house is close to Smedstugan, our second house we rent out here on Airbnb. Fishing included. Salmon stocked. One fish is included in the rent, then SEK 100/salmon. Rowboat included. The kitchen has a folding section, which can be pulled completely to the side, large opening out to the balcony. Floor 1 - kitchen, TV room, bathroom. You can get to Kalmar and Öland in 30-60 minutes and to Nybro to shop in ten. There are duvets, a wood-burning stove, a sauna in the woods and the cat Doris will be happy to stay with you if you want company.
