The apartment is a new production that was completed in the summer of 2018, with two bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom and balcony with sea view. From the apartment, you have a swimming area a stone's throw away and about 10 minutes' walk to the Smögen pier. Parking space is available in the garage under the property with an elevator up to the apartment. When renting, you need to bring your own bed linens and towels. Smoking and parties are not allowed and cleaning is done by the guest at checkout. Age limit 25

The apartment is on the first floor of the large house and is 90 m2 with lake views from almost all rooms. Directly outside the apartment there is a terrace of 150 m2 with exit from almost all rooms. 2 bedrooms with 180 cm double beds, 1 bedroom with 160 cm bed and 1 bedroom with single bed 90 cm, two of the bedrooms have their own toilet, There is also a larger bathroom with toilet and shower.
