Our spacious brick house is located on the Guntersville side of Arab, AL. We are on 7 beautifully wooded acres of almost private surroundings. Relax in your adorable loft studio apartment. This is the second and newest unit on this property. It's located over our garage and has access through the garage so guests do not have to enter the main house to get to this unit. It contains all the amenities listed here and has access to the pool and basketball court just like the other units.

Our 2-bedroom 2-full bath apartment is furnished with a King bed in the primary room and Queen bed in secondary room with 43' smart TVs in both bedrooms. The common space has a 50' smart TV, dining table for 4, love seat, and 2 accent chairs. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay! The kitchen is stocked with cookware for meals, coffee, and tea maker to enjoy a fresh cup of coffee or tea. Anything in the apartment is yours to use. Make yourself at home once you arrive.

NOT A HOTEL. Come enjoy this 1970's A-frame with a gorgeous view of Guntersville Lake, complete with a stock tank pool and stock tank hot tub! The house is cozy and the vibes are immaculate. The yard bosts of hammocks, a kayak launch, a fire pit, native plants, and great bird watching. Scottsboro is less than 10 minutes away.
