A modern barn located in the buffer zone of the Biebrza National Park, in the Natura 2000 area, near the Biebrza River. Thanks to the panoramic windows, you can admire nature here without leaving the house. Thanks to the glazing of the entire facade (18 m), a "living image" is observed - a 24-hour spectacle of nature. Depending on the season, you can follow the Biebrza floodplain, the flight of geese and cranes, the feeding grounds of beavers, the hunting of falcons, the fox, the walk of the elk, the goat and many other animals from the couch/bathtub/bed.

It’s all about nature! This adorable wooden cottage is located on a little slice of lakeside wilderness. It is serene, peaceful located 3km from the main road 63 and motorized boats are not allowed on the lake. You'll be surrounded by mature trees and a variety of birds and animals. There is a private, sandy lakeshore with its own big T-shape dock. It's perfect for swimming, fishing, and relaxing. The cottage is private,clean and comfortable. Perfect for people who love nature and want to relax!

There is also a pub on the water. Near the apartment there is a beach, indoor tennis courts, water equipment rental.

Guests have access to a canoe and an electric boat as well as a stand-up paddle board set. From the park-like property, an approximately 40 m long jetty leads into the lake. Visit what is probably the largest weekly market in Poland in Lyck, the birthplace of Siegfried Lenz. From here you can also explore the Polish Jungle National Park as well as take a trip on the Oberland Canal or a tour to the castle ruin Schlobitten of the former Counts of Dohna. ...and much more.

The apartment is located in the Villa Park facility, right next to the promenade running along Lake Ełk. Villa Park is fenced, guarded 24/7, and monitored. The apartment is on the 3rd floor, there is an elevator, it is close to restaurants and the city center. The price includes a parking space in the garage.
