A beautiful and cozy place place to stay, centrally located at the heart of Guwahati city. This location is at a nearby distance from a few hotspots as well as transport option. Both the host and their friendly Labrador ensure that overall you have a freindly and comfortable stay. Keep up the good work. Cheers :)

The host was very friendly. The caretaker of the house was very helpful. She took care of any kind of needs or questions we had. Lots of good restaurants nearby. The master bedroom is very spacious. When we left we had forgot to take my watch which was found by one of their caretaker as soon as we left. he promptly informed us and also went out of his way to meet us midway to give the watch. We stayed there for 3 days and we had a very wonderful time.

Aditi and Ranjit are great hosts and very gracious and welcoming. We were able to learn a bit about the culture of the city and got a few recommendations for places to eat and visit as well. The place is immaculately maintained and the vibes are amazing. It's bright, vibrant and filled with so many art and deco pieces that will inspire you and fill you with joy. Each room is filled with books that you can spend hours reading and we ended up buying some books from the local bookshop based on what we saw in the rooms. The support staff are great too. The rooms are cleaned every day and the linen and towels are replaced on time. It was a great mix of a bed & breakfast with the service of a hotel. The included breakfast is wonderful as well and we enjoyed eating the food everyday. This place is an absolute gem and a rare find in a country that doesn't always understand the quality of service that needs to be displayed in the hospitality industry. We would highly recommend this place!

Great place to stay. We were traveling as a family and we had enough space. Nice outdoor patio with great views. We arrived in the morning and were hungry. Some breakfast food was in the kitchen and tea was provided. Bandana was so nice to think of us. Hope to be back next year!

The hosts are amazing people and the stay felt like home. The place was clean and organized. If you prefer minimalistic living this is the place for you. The view from the balcony is great. And lucy and charlie are just amazing. Would love to stay there again.

The place looked exactly like the photos. Do not expect a standard hotel type experience as a lot of the furniture and decor was vintage and it really added to the ambience. The bathroom is really tiny but that probably because that how bathrooms were set up in the old days Vishal and his team were very accommodating to my needs which was a night time check in and a late afternoon check out. The food was outstanding and I appreciated that both breakfast and lunch was provided much later than the designated times purely for my convenience. As a host, Vishal was very communicative and helpful. It is slightly costlier than the average Airbnb cost in Guwahati but it's worth it for the ambience and the food. Definitely recommend.

Bibi is a gracious host whose place is spotless and welcoming. The room is accessed through a separate staircase, so it is private, with a tiny verandah facing the beautiful garden. Bibi is very kind and helpful, allowing for a late check out for me and also taking a parcel for me. The complimentary breakfasts she serves are lovely as well. Couldn’t have asked for a better location. It was in a quiet lane off the main zoo road with lots of cafés and shops on the main road.

Rupankar is amongst one of the hosts who pulls up extra effort to make your stay comfortable..!! he did not only took care of us but also was kind enough to get the food prepared for our furry kid..!!

Very tastefully done place. Central location with good eateries around the place. Debajyoti was a great host, not to mention the domestic help at the bungalow that was extremely nice and helpful. Compares to any good corporate accommodation with all amenities needed. Will definitely choose this over a host of other hotels in Guwahati.

I stayed here for 1 night with my husband and small kid. it is a peaceful, clean, homely place with all basic amenities required. It is walking distance from good restaurants and not too far from the buzzy Fancy Bazaar. Bfast was good and Projith, the caretaker was responsive for any help required. The place definitely has a character to it....nice terrace garden, ground floor front garden, living room. Good place.

I stayed for 1 night only and it was comfortable. The room and bathroom were clean. The basic amenities were provided. There was water, tea and coffee in the room. Breakfast was also offered in the morning which was really nice. I am a vegetarian but they also gave an egg in the breakfast. It would have been nice if I was asked about my non vegetarian preference. The hosts were friendly and easy to communicate with. It was easy to find the location and an Uber could easily reach it. There is construction going on next doors so there was noise in the daytime. The only thing that bothered me a bit was that they changed my room without informing me or asking me. My bed was next to a window and it was a bit cold at night so I could not sleep very comfortably. However the overall stay was very good. I would recommend this homestay :)
