The Chalet is spread over 3 levels: - an entrance, living room, dining room and a bathroom on the ground floor - on the 1st, a large bedroom with four beds, a landing with TV and extra bed, a bathroom - on the 2nd, two bedrooms each with 2 beds Cleaning not included. The chalet is located in a fir forest, the south-facing terrace offers beautiful views of the mountains and the Spanish ridge. It is fully equipped, in perfect condition, parking is close, access to shops too, either by a walk between the chalets to reach the upper part of the resort, or by a path through the forest to the shops at the bottom. Close to many hiking and activity departures on the resort.

Facing south, each level has a large terrace with a magnificent view of the surrounding mountains, up to Mont Valier. (Sheets and towels are not provided. Cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant.)
