It's not🖊 an apartment, but a commercial building, so it's not as neat as an apartment or as hotel-like. It is quiet and you can hear the sound of grass (because it is a place where the ground is dug and remodeled, bugs can come out once. ;( It came out just once. We called a professional company to disinfect, but please understand that it can happen once!)Professional staff clean every day, but if you are sensitive to cleanliness, we recommend a hotel. (It's clean!) It is a 5-minute walk from Gwangju Family Land, a 15-minute walk from Slow City Damyang, and a 15-minute walk to You Square, making it a suitable location for travel. It's not a downtown area, but a quiet neighborhood. I recommend it only to those who have a car!. Most importantly, you can use the rooftop with a good view and night view!
