Hwaeng is located in the middle of Jeonju, in Taepyeong-dong, Wansan-gu. Taepyeong-dong was the center of transportation and commercial district with the first Jeonju Station and Yeoncho Manufacturing Building in the past, and it was built in 1969 with 50m2 in the residential alley, a village of merchants, utilizing the flood and geography at that time. Nowadays, the buildings of the past are disappearing and apartments and modern buildings are being built, but Hwaeng () was designed as a private stay for reflection as it was at that time. The name "Hwa-yeong" was created by comparing the flower that lives between the asphalt and concrete buildings to a flower blooming in the asphalt. In order to embody the flower that runs through Hwaeng, it is expressed concisely and clearly without losing the balance of yin and yang, and the beauty of symmetry and modernity, based on the materials that embodied the image of the Korean flower in the past. A flower in the city center, it responds with that flower.

This is a cozy 40-pyeong single-family house located in Changpyeong, famous for being a slow city, and is a new house that I built and manage with care. When you open the gate, a spacious lawn and open deck await you. You can have a barbecue party here or have fun with your pet. When you enter the house, the open living room spreads out, and the wonderful view of Wolbongsan Mountain seen from the window gives you healing. There is also a pine forest promenade around the accommodation, so you can take a slow walk and feel the relaxed charm of Changpyeong. And just 40 meters from the property, there is also a Changpyeong Golf Course (Par 3) that can be visited comfortably without a reservation! It's perfect for light exercise and relaxation.
