Serviced apartment holiday rentals in Gwonseon-gu

This stay was fantastic for us. We where very happy with the room. Had 2 beds so if your traveling with friends this is the place to go. Only thing that could improve is a little bit earlier check in, but to make up for this, you can already leave your luggage behind. 5 out of 5!

The host of Ivy was incredibly responsive and helpful. I was allowed to check in after hours, and the self check-in was very easy with their instructions. When I left, I forgot something in the room and the host held it for me to pick up 2 days later. The bed is firm but comfortable; I fell asleep almost immediately. It's really a nice place to rest and very good for the price. Would definitely stay again.

Felt right at home. The room was spacious for two people! We had 4 pieces of luggage and there was enough room. Host was great. 10/10 experience! It was easy to find. Location was close to suwon station, within a 10 minute walk. Elevator worked great. It’s not on a hill. Bed was comfortable and sheets were clean. The washing machine works great. And the air conditioner kept the room cold. Would stay here again.

Good stay

This is a great located place to stay in Suwon! Also, the host is super attentive and the customer attention at the reception is very efficient.

I thought it was a normal Airbnb, but I liked that the service was like a hotel-style service. It was nice to separate the garbage after checking out, and the other response was also quick. I was touched by the thoughtful service, and I think I'll use it again next time!!

This apartment was lovely and just as it appears in the pictures. It’s in a new building so everything is fresh and up to date. It was really quiet and peaceful and clean. It’s perfect for two people and is great value for the price and location. :)

I was going to see an exhibition in Seoul early in the morning, so my family needed a place to stay for a day, but it was very close to Nambu Terminal Station and the Seoul Arts Center, and it was especially luxurious at this price! Everyone was genuinely amazed and regretted that they only stayed for one day. I stayed in a much better environment for a lower price than a business hotel. When I had to go to Seoul in the future, I wanted to go here. Please keep it for a long time ~ ~

This place was our favorite airbnb experience in Korea and would definitely stay again. Place is not big but was as expected, loved how clean it was and the host communication was spot on. Will definitely stay here again!

Great place in the heart of it all.

I went on a family trip, and I think I arrived at the accommodation easily with your quick and accurate answers ~ It was so clean, and the space was bigger than I thought, so the whole family was very satisfied!! It was a little far from Daebu, but when I moved by car, it was worth walking around. The next time you have a chance to stay nearby, you'll be 100 percent willing to rebook. We had a great time:)

I had a good time while quietly reading while smelling the scent of the diffuser! It's clean and I want to come again =)

When I arrived at the accommodation early, it was really nice that the children welcomed me. I liked the owner's heart. I want to stay for a day every time I go on a business trip to Yongin.

It was nice to be able to stay comfortably for a month and a half. During my stay, all the equipment was prepared according to the period of stay without having to buy new ones. I didn't have to buy anything else, and it was convenient to separate and dispose of the garbage right away. The host was very kind, and I was grateful for the prompt response and assistance whenever I had any questions. It's not far from the downtown area and commercial areas, so it's easy to access restaurants and shops, but it's not too close to the point where you're disturbed by the noise. The subway station is about a 5-minute walk away. And there were a lot of parks nearby, so it was good for walking and resting. The room size was slightly larger than a studio, so it was narrow, but it wasn't particularly uncomfortable to use alone. The bathroom can be a bit cramped for a man with a large build. It felt more like a studio than an officetel, and if the person in the next room coughs in the bathroom, you can hear it very loudly. It was a cost-effective accommodation, and I'm willing to revisit!

I was surprised that the accommodation was tidy and much larger than I thought. Maybe it's December, but the room decorated with the Christmas concept was very unique. It was nice that the host contacted me well. I was a little sorry that I had a lot to contact you, but you didn't mind at all and responded kindly. Satisfied ~

It was a great value for money. The host's quick response and friendly responses were satisfactory. It feels like a small one-person officetel. If you don't like the atmosphere of the motel, we recommend it.
