It is a private building located in Geumbyeongsan Hill behind Kim Yu-jeong Munhak Village, where one team can fully enjoy the garden and accommodation per day. We provide 100% cotton linen and boiled towels filled with the smell of sunlight every time you wash. It is a bright accommodation with good sunlight through a large window. It is a studio type with two single beds side by side, so it is basic for 2 adults, and additional bedding is provided, so it can accommodate up to 4 people, and up to 4 people including infants. It is free of charge up to 2 years old (up to 24 months), and there is no extra bedding provided if it is free. You can see Samaksan, and if the weather is good, you can see a beautiful sunset full of red light. Breakfast is available for a fee. (5,000 KRW/person, 3,000 KRW/person for elementary school or younger, other menus such as brunch are available for consecutive nights) Please order in advance if you wish. We do not provide BBQ service. Our accommodation does not have a kitchen, so you can't cook. You can use the microwave and coffee pot.

Dongchonjae is a traditional hanok located in Seochon Village, very close to Gwanghwamun Square and Gyeongbokgung Palace, the center of Seoul. The accommodation consists of Anchae, Sarangchae, and Annex Room. Dongchonjae, built in 1939, Officially certified as a traditional hanok by the Seoul Metropolitan Government and the Korea Tourism Organization. Dongchonjae is a house opened by a retired couple It has been operating since October 2020. Guests have 4 rooms, a living room (large room), a kitchen, 1 indoor shower room and 1 outdoor shower room, You can use spaces such as the numaru and yard. The host lives in the nearby Sarangchae. We provide necessary services such as breakfast. The quiet beauty and scent of traditional hanok in Dongchonjae Please feel free to enjoy. We have spacious Garden with lovely pine trees and seasonal flowers. You can feel healing and relax with our lovely calm garden. We have also small farm growing ingredient fruits. you can pick & enjoy eating for breakfast in summer season. You can take a walk along the riverside path near our house and enjoy water skiing and paragliding. Public transportation is also available. It's a 10 - minute walk from Asin Station on the Gyeongui-Jungang Line. Pick-up from Asin Station is also available.
