Situated in a beautiful location on the ‘English riviera’ in Paignton with elevated panoramic views over Tor Bay, Redbrook has been decorated and furnished to a very good standard. perfect for all the family!

Redbrook has a spacious living room, and conservatory, 2 double bedrooms, 1 twin room and two bathrooms, 1 on each floor

Relax in the private enclosed garden and conservatory or get out and explore with easy access to Paigntons beaches, zoo and shops

The space
This deceptively spacious house is in the perfect location for a family holiday. It has panoramic and breath taking views over Tor bay making this an ideal place in which to relax or sunbathe as well as to enjoy summer evenings al fresco with a glass of wine on the elevated patio.

Redbrook has been decorated and furnished to a very good standard. It has a spacious living room, a conservatory for taking in the view of Tor Bay, offering plenty of space for up to 2 families holidaying together or a large family, with two bathrooms on different floors.

The house is just 15-20 minute walk from a sandy beach and local shops, pubs and restaurants. The closest, Goodrington Beach also offers family entertainment on the front, as well as Quaywest Water Park.

During the summer season the local steam train can be seen running; take a trip to Dartmouth and visit the castle or the many shops and tea rooms. Paignton also has an award-winning zoo, which makes a great day out. The fishing town of Brixham has a lot to offer and is also worth a trip. Enjoy a day out to Torquay and visit the theatre or the shops.

There are many water sports available close by or, for something different, try horse riding on Dartmoor.
