Located in Samoens within easy walking access to the town centre. An excellent location for family winter and summer holidays with easy access to the Grand Massif ski slopes and many other winter and summer activities.
All bedding and towels are provided for your stay plus complimentary welcome pack.

The space
Ground floor apartment of 50m2 has three bedrooms:
1. Double bedroom with built-in double wardrobe including shelves
2. Bunk room with built in wardrobe and shelves
3. Alcove room has a single bed or twin beds. Built-in wardrobe and shelves. Note this room is separated from the hall with a privacy curtain.

Bathroom with basin and a lovely rain shower. Separate toilet with basin.

The spacious open-plan kitchen, diner and lounge has a sofa, large screen TV, Playstation2/DVD player plus a stereo CD player. Selection of books and family games.

Kitchen is fully equipped with electric induction hob, dishwasher, smart oven with combination microwave and grill, slow cooker, filter coffee machine, kettle and toaster. Cutlery, crockery, glassware, utensils, etc. are all provided.

Dining table with bench and 5 chairs with new comfy cushions.

Cot and highchair are available.

Outside there is a private deck area with table and chairs which opens onto the communal gardens and parking. New garden furniture with a larger table with sun umbrella and reclining chairs.
We also have a private ski locker for skis, snowboards, etc. or storing suitcases. This isn't big enough for bikes, but there are bike racks in the basement.

The apartment now has its own Wifi router.

Guest access
The apartment is available for exclusive guest use. There is a shared indoor swimming pool and sauna on the complex plus guest lounge, pool table, table-tennis. The outdoor pool is open during July and August.

A welcome pack is provided for our guests with a few essentials including milk, tea, coffee, bottle of wine, orange juice, biscuits to allow you to settle in after your travelling.

Samoens is a real village with a genuine community feel. A very family friendly holiday destination that just gets better each year with new facilities and activities. During the winter season the Grand Massif ski domain is only 7 minutes away by skibus plus many other activities including ice skating, snow shoeing, fat biking and many more.

The summer season is really special; the weather is great, the lido is open with its pools and water slides, cycling, mountain biking, white-water rafting, walking, climbing, via ferrata, horse riding, parapenting, the list is endless!
