The apartment is completely private - however the secure courtyard ( safe for inquisitive pooches on holiday ) is shared with the downstairs apartment.
There is a seating/ dining area in the courtyard perfect for enjoying the light Northumbrian evening skies
It is in a fairly quiet street with free parking and houses of a similar age.
A small cobbled lane to the side of the house will take you into the town centre within a couple of minutes of walking
