Each two-bedroom apartment has its own private entrance, kitchen and lounge — ideal for groups who want to be together but may also like some space.

When booking Alnwick House, the property sleeps 8 adults, in four bedrooms, with the option to use two double sofa beds in each lounge, increasing capacity to 12 if necessary

The space
Beautiful Alnwick House combines Apartment I and Apartment II to create a spacious and flexible four-bedroom property, ideal for families, larger groups or contractors.

Together, the house sleeps up to 8 guests across four bedrooms (two king-size rooms and two doubles), with sofa beds available in both lounges to accommodate up to 12 guests on request.

The ground-floor apartment features a master king-size bedroom with ensuite shower room, a double bedroom, a family bathroom, a generous living room with Smart TV, and an open-plan kitchen-diner with a large table that can comfortably seat 12

Upstairs, the top-floor apartment offers a king-size bedroom, a double bedroom, a family bathroom, a comfortable lounge with Smart TV, and a modern open-plan kitchen and dining area.

Both apartments are stylishly furnished with spacious interiors and fully equipped kitchens (oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle and toaster), providing everything needed for a relaxed and comfortable stay.

If you’re arriving by car, the property is easy to reach, with free street parking available directly outside or nearby. While having a car is convenient, it’s not essential — the house is within 4 minutes walk of Alnwick Centre, and Alnwick is well connected by local bus routes.

The X20 bus offers a direct route to Newcastle, passing through scenic Northumberland towns including Alnmouth and Amble.
The X18 connects Newcastle to Berwick-upon-Tweed, stopping at Morpeth, Amble, and Seahouses.

Alnmouth train station, just a short drive or bus ride away, provides easy access to nearby Northumberland towns and rail connections to cities including Edinburgh, Newcastle, and London.

For air travel, Newcastle International Airport is the nearest option, approximately 34 miles from Alnwick, making it convenient for both domestic and international visitors.

It has a downstairs shower and could be suitable for people with restricted mobility but probably not big enough to be wheelchair friendly
