The space
Welcome to our newly renovated Nicaraguan town house! Relax in the classic living room with rocking chairs, a dining table, and a TV. Cook your meals in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with free coffee. Enjoy two cozy bedrooms with queen beds for restful nights, and refresh in the bathroom with a bathtub and hot shower. For your convenience, there’s a laundry area with a washing machine and free powder.

Stay connected throughout the entire house with high-speed WiFi and a range extender.
Unwind on the tropical terrace—lounge on the bench, sway in the hammock, and soak in the view.

Unlike many local homes, we offer a large water tank, ensuring a constant water supply year-round for your peace of mind.

Please note that all rooms in the house are located on different levels and are connected by a staircase that runs from the living room to the laundry room.

Guests are welcome to enjoy the entire house, the terrace, and the porch throughout their stay.

Our house is centrally located on a quiet street, close to everything yet peaceful for rest.

The main bus terminal is just 8 minutes on foot (650 m), while Parque Darío with shopping and cafés is 16 minutes away (1 km).

For nature lovers, the Cerro Apante reserve can be reached in only 22 minutes walking.

The "Ottoniel Arauz" quarter is a quiet, residential neighborhood with very little traffic—perfect for restful nights, peaceful walks, and a relaxed stay. It’s home to middle-class families and professionals, just a short walk from Parque Darío in central Matagalpa.

The entrance to the beautiful Cerro Apante Nature Reserve can be reached on foot (22min), with its iconic Guadalupe statue and hilltop cross offering scenic hiking, wildlife, and panoramic city views.
