Tucked away on the edge of Chichester, this luxurious and comfortable new house was built specifically for large families and groups of friends. Sink into the huge hot tub after a day at the races, hiking the hills, or exploring the coast. Whether you are here for major local events, beach days, or long weekends away, this is your ultimate spot to park up, switch off, and recharge.

Ground Floor
The large lounge offers plenty of seating and a Smart TV with Sky Sports and Netflix, ideal for relaxed evenings, movie nights, or watching the big game together.

The open-plan kitchen and dining area is perfect for groups, featuring a fully equipped kitchen and a generous 12-seater dining table for shared meals, celebrations, and leisurely breakfasts.
There is direct access to the garden, the hot tub and the garage from the Kitchen
A separate utility area with a washing machine adds extra convenience for longer stays
Families are well catered for with a travel cot, high chair, and stair gate available, making the property suitable for babies and toddlers.
Bedroom Six - this is a downstairs bedroom with comfortable twin beds and a toilet just opposite. At the moment, there is no downstairs bathroom, but we plan to install one soon, so stay tuned.
Outside space
The secure garden provides a private space to unwind, with outdoor seating, a coal BBQ for alfresco dining, and a standout 12-person hot tub—ideal for relaxing or celebrating under the stars.

First Floor
Principal Suite: A true sanctuary featuring a sumptuous super-king bed, a luxurious en-suite with both bath and separate walk-in shower, a large TV, and a private dressing room/study area—perfect for slow mornings or quiet moments away.

Bedroom Two: A chic double bedroom with its own contemporary en-suite shower room, offering comfort and privacy.

Bedroom Three: An indulgent four-poster king-size bedroom, rich in character and boutique-hotel charm—perfect for a romantic escape.

A beautifully finished family bathroom with a full sized bath completes this floor.

Second Floor

Bedrooms Four & Five: Two spacious king-size bedrooms, with a dedicated seating area—ideal for relaxing with a book, morning coffee, or evening wind-down.

A large, separate walk-in shower room with WC and basin, thoughtfully designed for shared luxury.

Private parking is available for 3–4 cars, including a secure, lockable garage, offering ease and peace of mind throughout your stay.

Parking Information

The property comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests, however on-site parking is limited to four vehicles.

Parking is available as follows:

One vehicle in the lockable garage

One vehicle on the driveway

One vehicle in the designated private parking space

If required, one additional vehicle may be double parked

To help maintain good relations with our neighbours, we kindly ask guests not to park in neighbouring spaces or on grass verges.

Should your group be arriving with more than four cars, there are clearly marked visitor parking bays (signed with a “V”) located just a short walk from the house.
A map showing these visitor spaces will be provided inside the property for your convenience.
