Enjoy this surprisingly spacious home anytime of the year, simply decorated to suit its seaside surroundings, Chy Pedn, meaning ‘house on the rocks’ is the perfect base for your Cornish getaway.

The property is finished to a high standard throughout with large kitchen featuring fridge-freezer, microwave and washer/dryer and a modern a breakfast bar, perfect for cooking a family meal or entertaining friends. 1 ground floor & 2 first floor bedrooms.

The space
The lounge offers a cosy space to light the multi-fuel (log or coal) burner and relax after a hard day at the beach or retire to the conservatory for some extra peace and star gazing.

Bedroom one on the ground floor contains a zip and lock bed offering flexibility as a King Size bed or two singles with wardrobe.

The other two bedrooms are located upstairs one containing a King Size bed and ample clothes storage whilst the other caters for your smaller adventurers in their very own camper van themed bunk bed (full sized singles).

The garden features a patio perfect for a BBQ and grassed area, to the front of the property is a large driveway for up to 4 cars.
