The space
Spacious, comfortable and fully equipped, this charming countryside home has everything you need for a memorable stay with family and friends. Designed with larger groups in mind, the flexible layout offers plenty of space to come together while also allowing everyone room to unwind.
Sleeping arrangements:
• Bedrooms 1, 2 & 4 (ground floor): Double bed
• Bedroom 3 (ground floor): Triple bunk and double bunk — perfect for children, with toys included
• Two separate first-floor apartments: Each apartment includes two bedrooms with double beds, a cosy living area and a small kitchenette, ideal for added privacy within larger groups
Bathrooms:
• Two full bathrooms on the ground floor (one with a walk-in shower and one with a shower over the bath)
• One apartment includes a full bathroom
• The second apartment features a beautiful standalone bath for relaxing in the privacy of your room, with a separate WC located just outside in the corridor
Fresh bed linen and bath towels are provided for your stay, and the property also includes a dedicated laundry area with a washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing facilities.
During warmer months, traditional shutters help keep rooms cool and comfortable, adding to the authentic French charm. Heating is available on the ground floor.

A stunning swimming lake with a well maintained sandy beach and activities such as a children’s playground, velo rail, tree top trekking and mini golf is situated at Espace Hermeline (just 20 mins walk from the house).
The local area also offers many sporting and leisure pursuits including cycling, walking and watersports.
There are lots of pretty villages to meander around, markets to shop at, historic sights to see.
