Relax at our 3 bedroom coastal cottage. Situated in a rural North Norfolk village just an 8min walk to a quiet, dog-friendly, sandy beach and a 15min drive to Norfolk Broads.

The cottage has its own private patio & garden.

The space
Bedrooms:

Master Bedroom - Kingsize bed with Emma mattress, wardrobe, full-length mirror.

2nd Bedroom - two single twin beds, easily moveable further apart or together. Built-in wardrobes, garden view.

3rd Bedroom - one single bed, chest of drawers.

Downstairs:

- Dining table with 6 chairs.
- 2 comfy chairs and coffee table with garden view.
- Outdoor table, rattan chairs and wooden bench on private patio.
- Well-equipped kitchen with washing machine, fridge/freezer, oven/hob, toaster, kettle, Nespresso machine and microwave, please note there is no dishwasher.

Upstairs:
- Spacious living room with 2 large comfy sofas, board games, 50" Smart TV where you can log in with your own Netflix, Amazon Prime etc. accounts, books to read.

Bathrooms:

-Main bathroom is upstairs and has a toilet, sink, bidet and electric shower cubicle.
-There is a 2nd toilet and sink in the downstairs WC.

Bedding & Towels:

- We provide bedding and towels for each guest. Please note that beach towels are not included and we ask that supplied towels are not taken outside of the property.

Garden & Outdoors:

- Private cottage garden and patio set in larger private grounds.
- Laundry line and pegs supplied.

Heating:

- Central heating controlled by thermostat.
- Electric fire in living room with heating function.

Guest access
A car is advisable for getting around as public transport in this area is limited. Taxis are available locally.

Parking is on a spacious gravel driveway where you will have your own allocated spaces for up to 3 cars and be free to come and go as you please. CCTV is in use on the driveway.

Other things to note
This property is a self-catering property. We love hosting families, but please note there are no child specific safety features in the cottage, and you will need to provide any child specific equipment you require, e.g., cots and high chairs.

We love our four-legged friends, so there is no charge for dogs, and well-behaved cats are welcome too! The garden is enclosed with a mix of 1.2m high chicken wire fence and 1.5m trellis.

Neighbourhood highlights

Ideal base for exploring North Norfolk, a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, by foot, boat and bike. 15min drive to the Norfolk Broads National Park.

Walking: Bacton sits right on the England Coast Path as well as Paston Way trail. Locally, there are also Weaver's Way trails, circular walks within walking distance of the property, lots of river walks around the broads, and National Trust sites.

Birdwatching: Norfolk is a popular birdwatching destination with lots of reserves. The garden at the cottage also has lots of wildlife and birds visit.

Seals: Norfolk has some large seal colonies which are a 15min drive away. Winter is a particularly great time to see hundreds of seals and pups in their natural habitat along our coastline.

Cycling: Stunning scenic views and sits on the Norfolk Coast Cycleway. Secure bike storage can be arranged at guests own risk.

Boats: 15 minutes drive to multiple canoe and boat hire spots on the Norfolk Broads.
