Elbury Farm is situated on the National Trust Killerton Estate, on the outskirts of Broadclyst. We offer a beautiful, peaceful, nature rich location less than 6 miles from Exeter city centre.

Traditionally a dairy farm it has now begun to take a different direction- with nearly 1/3 of the farm in the process of rewilding. This equates to 90 acres of farmland surrounding the farmhouse being left to nature to take a hold.

The space
The cottage is semi-detached and spacious - consisting of an entrance hallway, kitchen, lounge / diner, boot room (also with direct access to the yard) and conservatory downstairs, whilst upstairs has 3 good sized bedrooms, a large landing and a bathroom.

The property has ample parking and a private, self contained garden overlooking the fields.

Pets are welcome (maximum of 2 dogs) we just ask that they stay downstairs -there is a door at the bottom of the stairs to keep them from exploring upstairs. Please note there is a small pet fee of £15 for the additional cleaning required after their stay. We also have a friendly cat which you are likely to see around the farm.
