Set in a quiet and attractively maintained landscaped area and a short walk away from the bustling centre and all the amenities that the Marina has to offer.

It’s the original show home for the lodge development it is attractively fitted out to a high standard.

The space
Guests enjoy the full property to themselves.
There is parking next to the lodge for two cars.

The large open plan living area includes lounge with TV, dining and fully equipped kitchen.

There are two large bedrooms.
The king size master has an en-suite bathroom with roll top bath and hand held shower.
The second bedroom has a double and single bed and an en-suite shower room.
A small fold up bed suitable for a child can be provided on request.
Both bedrooms have large walk in wardrobe/storage areas.

Outside is an enclosed large south facing deck with patio furniture and a Marina view. It is accessed from the living area through patio doors. Beyond the decking area you will discover a hidden sunken and secluded grass area.

Guest access
A quick walk takes you to the public area of the Marina boardwalk with all of its amenities. There is also plenty of public parking here.
From here you can follow a nature trail and several walks.
A 5 minute drive or a short walk along the canal towpath takes you to Willington village with its pubs and other facilities including the train station.
