Set along the leafy Lade Braes walkway, this peaceful St Andrews cottage offers a relaxed base just a short stroll from town. With no street noise, a private garden and thoughtful modern touches, it’s ideal for couples, a small family or a golf getaway.

The space
Living Room:

The living room is cosy and inviting, with comfortable seating, bookshelves and a smart TV with streaming services. A washer and dryer are available for your convenience.

Kitchen:

 The bright, fully equipped kitchen includes an induction hob, dishwasher, underfloor heating, integrated speakers, full cookware and essential appliances. With a dining area that looks out to the garden, the space offers a gentle blend of comfort and modern luxury.

Bedrooms:

The main bedroom is calm and restful, while the second bedroom features a slightly shorter-than-standard single bed, which is ideal for a child, teen or solo adult. The electric fire in the main bedroom adds a warm, ambient touch for unwinding at the end of the day.

Bathrooms:

There is a main bathroom, and a second shower room, both offering soft towels and Highland Soap Company luxury amenities. A hair dryer is also available.

Outside Area:
