Designed as a relaxed, design-led home-from-home, it’s ideal for surfers, sea lovers, walkers and dogs. With 2 bathrooms (including wetroom), outdoor shower, board rack, wood burner, and sunny garden, it’s the perfect place to reset. Walk to beaches (or drive - parking nearby), soak up nature from the doorstep, and enjoy modern touches like underfloor heating, a great coffee machine, and fast Wi-Fi.

The space
Little Beside is a thoughtfully renovated 2-bedroom cottage near St Agnes and Porthtowan. With two bathrooms (one a wetroom), underfloor heating, a well-equipped kitchen, and a sunny enclosed front garden, it’s a comfortable, design-led home base for beach days, long walks and cosy evenings by the wood burner. Ideal for surfers, families, and dog lovers.

You’ll have the entire cottage and front garden to yourselves. There’s free street parking just outside (availability varies), plus a secure backyard with surfboard rack, outdoor shower and wetsuit hanging.
