Beautiful large 3 bedroom Self Catering Annex, which can sleep up to 6 Adults. The Country styled Décor and Outside Private Courtyard, offer the perfect space for gatherings with families and friends. A large living area complete with log burning stove and Kitchenette with air fryer and micro wave, toaster (No Cooker) can cater for your stay. Close to a public houses offering Breakfast, and Meals. The Manor is situated 11 miles from Lincoln and close to the Wolds, Woodhall spar and Market Rasen.

The space
Beautiful Decorated Period Bespoke 3 bedroom Annex with private secure parking a short distance from Woodhall Spa. The Annex sits at the side of the Historical Manor but with its own independent access.

On the first floor you will find 2 large bedrooms 1 with a king size bed and 1 with a super king size bed. The 3rd Bedroom has a single bed with the option to make it into 2 single beds if required. All bedrooms have wardrobe storage ,and bedside cabinets with lights. The Main bathroom has a large walk-in shower, basin and toilet.

Downstairs in the main lounge there is access to another toilet cloak room.
The country styled lounge has a working log burner for cosy nights in and a kitchenette area with a Microwave and Air fryer (No Cooker) to cater for your stay however there is a Fridge, Kettle and French press included.
There is also a great selection of pubs serving food in the village.

Access to your own private courtyard is by the downstairs cloakroom, ample seating outside in a historical courtyard with grade 2 listed features the gardens designed by a award winning garden designer.

Immerse yourself in a historical setting that is hidden away, a perfect get away from it all. Follow in the footsteps of Queen Victoria and Lord John Sharpe, the Manor is a Historical and Horticultural time capsule. The Viking way and National Cycle route 1 are on the doorstep of the manor.

Guest access
Entrance to the Manor is via its own private drive way and security gates,
leading to the carparking area for up to six cars. The entrance to the West wing is via the gravel pathway through the Historical Gardens, which can only be accessed by appointment. The doorway entrance is in the courtyard leading directly into the wing.

Viking way and National Cycle route 1 water railway are on the doorstep of the Manor.
